Does Tajdeed renew documents for me?
Tajdeed organises the dates, steps and responsibilities. You or your PRO complete the renewal with the relevant authority. Tajdeed is not a government service and does not guarantee that you avoid a fine; always check the authority’s current requirements.
What is available in the beta?
Manual document entry, file attachments, people and asset organisation, renewal workflows and reports are available. AI extraction is currently unavailable. Google sign-in is available. You can also use email and password to create an account.
How do reminders work today?
Reminder schedules are based on the expiry date, with recipients and timing visible on each document. Email delivery is currently limited to approved test addresses. A scheduled reminder does not mean an email was delivered. WhatsApp reminders are not available.
Can I try Tajdeed without a credit card?

How do I organise documents with my team?
Link documents to people and assets, and invite team members within your plan’s limits. Assign a team member, stage and next action date to each renewal, then use reports to review what needs attention.
